GIBOR™ (/ghee-bore/) is an original blend of straight rye and bourbon whiskeys with Righteous Seven® liqueur. The rye we use is a high rye at 95% with 5% malted barley and the bourbon is 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley. Our Righteous Seven® liqueur is made from wheat, barley, grapes, pomegranates, figs, olives, and dates.

Once blended and rested, the whiskey liqueur combines notes of spice, toffee, and caramel together with the forest fruits and chocolate tones of Righteous Seven®, all in one smooth and satisfying pour at 80 proof. Enjoy it best neat or on the rocks.

GIBOR™ Whiskey Liqueur

A Gibor /ghee-bore/ is the Hebrew word for a ‘strong and mighty one.' Those who battle and subdue the darkness of evil while staying on the path of truth and harmony. 

Our whiskey liqueur was developed with the character of a Gibor in mind. We source the finest straight rye and bourbon whiskeys and blend them together for a perfect harmony of spice and caramel. We then add just the right balance of our award winning Righteous Seven® fruit liqueur to pack an enticing flavor and complexity for riding down that middle road.

How to drink it

GIBOR™ is best experienced neat or on the rocks. Enjoy as well with your favorite cigar.

There are very few whiskey liqueurs on the market, and this is the first using a blend of straight rye and bourbon whiskeys together with a highly awarded craft liqueur, all at 80 proof. The rye we use is a high rye at 95% with 5% malted barley aged over 4 years. The bourbon is 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley aged 3-4 years.

Our Righteous Seven® liqueur is made from wheat, barley, grapes, pomegranates, figs, olives, and dates, and has won double gold medals at both the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and the SIP Awards Competition.
